4 persons - $1,750 US / week
6 persons - $2,000 US / week

High Season Rates
(December 15 - April 14)
2 persons - $2,600 US / week
4 persons - $2,800 US / week
6 persons - $3,000 US / week

Please add 9% for government tax 
and 10% service fee.

Payment Terms:

• 25% at time of reservation.

• Balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.

Refund Policy:

• 100% refund if cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival.

• 50% refund if cancelled 31-59 days before arrival.

• No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival (unless villa is re-booked before the arrival date and if so a refund of 50% will be issued.
